ارتقای رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و رضایت شغلی کارکنان در پرتو اعتماد سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان ادارات دولتی شهرستان مهاباد)

چکیده

  زمینه: امروزه اهمیت داشتن کارکنانی با رضایت شغلی بالا و کارکنانی که از وظایف معمول خود فراتر رفته و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی از خود بروز می‌دهند، بر همگان واضح است. لذا برای دستیابی به این مهم، اعتماد سازمانی می‌تواند کارساز باشد.
هدف: بررسی تأثیر اعتماد سازمانی بر رضایت شغلی نیروی انسانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی می‌باشد.
روش‌ها: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 800 نفر از کارکنان ادارات دولتی شهرستان مهاباد است. گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد از 260 نفر صورت گرفت، که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران بدست آمد.
یافته‌ها: اعتماد سازمانی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی تأثیر مثبت ومعنادار دارد ( 528/222=F در سطح معناداری 000/0)؛ اعتماد سازمانی بر رضایت شغلی نیروی انسانی تأثیر مثبت ومعنادار دارد (393/337=F در سطح معناداری 000/0)؛ بـا توجه بـه ضرایب استـاندارد شده، از میان ابعاد اعتماد سازمانی، بیشترین سـهم در تبیین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی را اعتماد عمودی (338/0)  و بیشترین سهم در تبیین رضایت شغلی کارکنان را اعتماد افقی (373/0) دارا است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که اعتماد سازمانی توانایی ارتقای رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و رضایت شغلی کارکنان را دارا است.
